Inspired by the desire to create a lightly scaled compliment to the Palomino collection results in a sense of lightness perching the seating surface on an angled base to define intimate spaces within open-plan environments. From the outset, the intent of this project was to create something unexpected at the intersection between being new, yet familiar at the same time.
